Hospitality partnerships

Keep your guests charged. Keep them at your venue.

Southern Spark brings convenient portable charging to hospitality venues through a simple partnership model.

Currently building venue partnerships ahead of our initial station rollout.

How it works

Portable charging your guests can pick up and carry.

A rental station holds a set of portable power banks. Guests borrow one, keep using their phone anywhere in your venue, and return it when they are done.

  1. 01

    Guest finds the station

A compact rental station sits on the bar, host stand, or lobby counter where guests can see it.

  2. 02

They scan and release a battery

The guest scans the station with their phone and a portable power bank is released from its slot.

  3. 03

    They stay, charged

The power bank travels with them to the table, patio, or dance floor — no outlet hunting, no leaving early.

  4. 04

They return it to a station

The battery goes back into any open slot and starts recharging for the next guest.

For restaurants & bars

A small amenity with a direct line to your bottom line.

Phone battery quietly ends visits. Charging on hand keeps guests comfortable enough to stay.

Longer stays, larger tabs

A dead phone is a reason to leave. Charging on hand removes it, so guests can stay for another round or another course.

Fewer outlet requests

Staff stop hunting for chargers behind the bar and can stay focused on service.

A modern guest amenity

Charging reads as thoughtful hospitality — the same way free Wi-Fi did a decade ago.

More posts and reviews

Guests with battery left keep taking photos, tagging your venue, and leaving reviews on the spot.

Small footprint

Countertop and floor formats are designed to fit tight service areas without redesigning your space.

Simple for your team

Guests handle the rental themselves. Your staff's only job is pointing to the station.

$0 Out of pocket

The venue does not pay for the station.

Southern Spark supplies the equipment and handles the rental side. Partner venues provide the space and a standard power outlet — there is no purchase, no lease payment, and no out-of-pocket cost to the venue.

  • No equipment purchase and no monthly hardware fee to the venue.
  • Southern Spark handles installation and station support.
  • Your team is not responsible for processing rentals.
  • Full commercial terms are reviewed and agreed in writing before installation.

Advertising space

Screen space that can work for your venue.

Select station formats include a digital display. That space can carry venue content — happy hour windows, seasonal menus, private event bookings, or upcoming live music — reaching guests while they are standing right in front of it.

  • Digital display available on select station formats.
  • Promote menus, events, and offers at the point of decision.
  • Content and scheduling options discussed during the partnership meeting.

Partnership process

Four steps from first conversation to installed station.

  1. 01

    Introductory meeting

A short video or in-person conversation covering how the stations work and what a partnership looks like for your venue.

  2. 02

    Venue evaluation

We look at guest flow, counter and floor space, and power access to identify the right station format and placement.

  3. 03

    Partnership agreement

Terms are put in writing and reviewed together, so both sides are clear before anything is installed.

  4. 04

    Installation

The station is placed, tested, and your team gets a short walkthrough so they can point guests to it with confidence.
